The Stroke of Moses; the blow of the staff of Moses (Kalim-Allah), title of Iqbal's collection subtitled 'a declaration of war against the present age'.
Literally: zarb (blow, stroke) + Kalim (the Interlocutor, i.e. Moses)

Iqbal's 1936 collection; like Moses' staff striking the rock, a blow meant to shatter the idols of the modern age.
