The Interpretation

For Iqbal, a living heart is never fully settled. The hunger for more, the refusal to be satisfied, the urge to grow, these are signs of vitality, not flaws. A heart at perfect rest, content and unstirred, is for him closer to death than to peace.

For You, Today

Treat your restlessness as a sign of life, not a problem to medicate away. The discontent that keeps you reaching is the same force that keeps you growing.
