Literally: freedom from need, sovereign independence
Be-niyaazi is the state of needing nothing from anyone — a lofty independence that owes no debt and asks no favour. Iqbal makes it a divine attribute that the realised self should mirror: the free man stands in such inner abundance that the powerful have no hold over him. He sets this proud self-sufficiency against the neediness that breeds servility, treating it as the crown of faqr.
Istighna

Khud-daari
Self-respect, dignity, self-possession that refuses humiliation.
Naaz
Coquetry, graceful pride, the beloved's charming disdain and airs.
Faqr
Spiritual poverty; the dervish's chosen detachment from wealth and power.
Qanaat
Contentment with little; the satisfaction that frees the heart from greed and want.
