Meaning
“Be — and it is.” The divine command of creation (Quranic).
How Iqbal uses it
Creation is not finished; the universe is still hearing the ongoing “kun.” The world is incomplete on purpose, and the awakened self is invited to share in the act of making it — “become the confidant of Khudi, the interpreter of God.”
