Quwwat-e-iraada
Willpower or strength of resolve.
Literally: strength of will, willpower
Quwwat-e-irada is willpower — the sheer strength of the will to set an aim and drive toward it. Iqbal makes a strong, directed will the very core of khudi and the secret of all achievement: nations and individuals rise or fall, in his reading, by the vigour or weakness of their will. He calls the self to forge and concentrate this power, for a feeble will leaves even the gifted enslaved.

Quwwat
Strength, power, or might; force of body or arms.
Iraada
Will, intention, resolve; the mind's determination toward an end.
Iradat
The will of God, by which He decrees all that comes to pass.
Khudi
Selfhood; the self, the ego — in the philosophical, not the vain, sense.
Azm
Resolve, determination, firm intention to act.
Himmat
Spiritual aspiration and resolve; the high ambition of the heart that propels the seeker.
