Meaning
Oppression and tyranny inflicted by the beloved.

Usage & notes
Jaur is injustice or oppression, classically paired with sitam in the language of love and tyranny. In Iqbal's social verse it names the wrong done by the strong to the weak and by the throne to the people. He sets it always against adl, the justice a true order must embody.
