Usage & notes
Zulm is oppression and injustice, the wronging of others. It is among Iqbal's chief targets: the zulm of empires over subject peoples, of the rich over the poor, of the powerful over the weak. He summons the wronged to resist it and warns that no order built on zulm can endure before God or history.
