Sabu-kashi
The drawing or carrying of the wine-jar; the act of dispensing wine from the pitcher.

Sabu-kashi is the act of drawing or bearing the wine-jar — by extension the lover's lifelong service at the tavern of love, forever fetching and pouring the wine of grace. It carries the sense of devoted, repeated labour in the assembly of the Divine. The term marks the seeker who has made the drinking of love his whole occupation.
Sabu
An earthen wine-jar or pitcher; a common image in Persian and Urdu poetry.
Mai-kashi
Wine-drinking; the practice of imbibing, used metaphorically for the pursuit of divine love.
Saaqi
The cup-bearer who pours the wine; in mystic verse the giver of spiritual ecstasy, and the beloved.
Maikhaana
A tavern, the wine-house; the mystic gathering-place opposed to the mosque's austerity.
