Andaaz is manner or style — the distinctive way the beloved carries herself, walks, looks, speaks, the personal signature that makes beauty hers alone. Close to ada but broader, it names the whole bearing rather than a single gesture. The lover is often captivated less by perfect features than by the andaaz — the inimitable air that no other face could wear.
